Official timing

The LFP calendar says the Ligue 1 season resumes on the weekend of 23 August 2026. Later fixture times should be checked with the official source.

Use the 34-matchday rhythm

Number ScoreSocial gameweeks to match the official competition. Set one deadline before the earliest included kickoff; a fixture moved to Friday can bring that deadline forward, so check the live schedule before sending reminders.

Plan the winter pause

Use the break for a standings recap and rules reminder, then send a deliberate restart message before the first January deadline. Keep accumulated points intact unless separate first-half and second-half competitions were agreed.

Help English-speaking players

The organiser can explain the practical deadline in English while retaining the LFP calendar as the factual authority. Every included fixture contributes to the same weekly and season scoring, which works well for mixed-supporter groups.

Handle rearrangements consistently

Define how long a postponed match stays attached to a gameweek and what happens if its new date is much later. Share changes with the whole group. ScoreSocial is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ligue 1 or the LFP.
