Official timing
The opening match round starts on Saturday 22 August 2026. The league has confirmed 33 weekend and five midweek rounds before the final day on 30 May 2027.

Most rounds follow a familiar weekly rhythm, but the five confirmed midweek rounds need their own reminders. Add them to the organiser calendar before the season begins so a Tuesday deadline does not arrive while players are still discussing the previous weekend.
Use the first included kickoff
Matches can be spread from Friday to Monday and may move after broadcast selections or cup progress. Set the prediction deadline against the earliest fixture included in your gameweek, then tell everyone when a changed kickoff brings that deadline forward.
Keep a 38-round season engaging
Use weekly results for a fresh contest and the season standings for the long race. A stable scoring system is easier to follow than changing the mechanic each week, while organiser-entered paper predictions can include members who do not enter online.
Publish a postponement rule
